- I need cupcakes tomorrow!!!
- I want to make you all happy but I need (at the minimum) a weeks notice.
- Can I have 4 cupcakes and 7 decorated cookies?
- Cupcakes are baked in batches of 12, so your minimum order for cupcakes is 12 (a dozen)
- Sugar/gingerbread cookie orders need to be a minimum of 12 as well (I like the number 12)
- How much are your cupcakes and cookies?
- Basic cupcakes (i.e. a plain non decorated cupcake) starts at $1.50 each.
- Basic decorated cookie (i.e. cookie without a lot of detail) starts at $1.75 each (included packing)
- What if I need to cancel my order?
- That is sad!!!! Please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel your order.
- Can you deliver my order?
- Sure, but it is gonna cost you! I do have a "real" job so delivering Monday - Friday is out of the question. We can discuss pick-up/delivery when you place the order. I want to make it easy for both you and I so lets talk.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
- Cash and checks.
- Do I need to pay you a deposit?
- Depends. We will talk about it.
- Do you ship to the mainland?
- Not yet...maybe one day :)
- Do my cupcakes need to be refrigerated?
- Depends. If you ordered cream cheese frosting those need to be thrown (gently) into the fridge. If you ordered a straight buttercream and your event is the same day as pick up you can leave them out (as long as your home isn't an oven).
- Do you offer cookie decorating classes?
- Why yes I do! Email me at cupecakegang@yahoo.com and we can set something up.
