I know you are all looking at this beautiful picture of a lovely royal icing snowflake and wondering "what's up with the title". You will see kids, you will see.
Have you noticed that sometimes when you think something is going to AWESOME, sometimes it just isn't awesome?
Sometimes there are just bits and pieces of awesomeness that remains and we must appreciate them.
And when I say bits and pieces of things...I am talking about snowflakes.
I attempted to make some royal icing snowflakes and I failed *hangs head in shame*.
Out of 31 snowflakes, I only had 10 survivors.
It works in theory and here is what I did.
So after they dried overnight I went to pick them up. Using the same technique I used here.
Yeah....
